cement wall view noisy room
The reception team was very courteous and attentive and helped me with everything I needed.
I requested a high floor and ocean view, but I received a room on the ground floor facing a cement wall. The staff said they were fully booked, untrue since they offered a different room once I threatened to switch hotels. This new room, on the first floor above the lobby, was noisy. I had to complain AGAIN to get a third room on the second floor.

average stay, some disappointments
meat quality poor soundproofing
the location is really good it is close to everything.
the food was a letdown the quality was not great cheap cuts of meat were used i expected more from a 5-star hotel i also had issues with the soundproofing in my room there was loud music every night until 11pm it made it hard to relax even with earplugs.

fantastic hotel near the dunes
attentive staff calm atmosphere relaxing experience
the staff were all polite and helpful i really appreciated their attentiveness it made the experience very relaxing the calm atmosphere was a highlight for me ensuring i could unwind i am already planning my return visit next year.
i found the tv channel selection somewhat limited most channels were in german or spanish making it difficult to find english-language options.

the double room included a balcony there were two separate sinks and a rainfall shower it provided a comfortable space it felt very modern.

the buffet restaurant had various themed evenings the paella was super tasty i loved the roast beef the dinner service was consistently excellent every staff member seemed happy.

the reception team was quick they fulfilled my room request the front desk staff helped to arrange a taxi the staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

the hotel has two pools the pools are large the sunbeds were plentiful getting a spot was easy there were gardens and terraces to enjoy the exterior view.

amazing cocktails live singers kind staff
the room overlooked the dunes. it had lovely views from a high floor. the staff were very kind. cocktails were amazing and i liked events every night with live singers.
the pool area was sometimes a little doll with no music.

Excellent stay with minor food issues
excellent cleaning super staff great luxuries
i found my room cleaning to be excellent. casado in the dining area was super nice to me. the hotel is in excellent condition and offers all the luxuries i expected from a five star place.
I found the food to be quite boring and tasteless. i stayed for two weeks, and i had to eat out for the last three days. the food tasted all the same. I noticed no seasoning or distinct flavors.

the pools were very nice with plenty of sun beds. shade was available if i required it. the location is very nice, with a great vibe that i certainly appreciated.

my room offered a beautiful view of the dunes. my double room featured a balcony, where i enjoyed the sunrise each morning. the cleaning service was excellent, and i always had fresh towels.

the buffet breakfast and dinner had lots of choice. overall i found it very satisfactory!!! the el oasis restaurant offered lovely views of the dunes. i enjoyed my time there.

ground floor noisy room
the room was really not up to scratch i requested a high floor and got a ground floor facing a wall i asked to change hotels then magically a room was this room was over the lobby and noisy so i asked again finally i got a second floor room the whole process was frustrating and unnecessary

great buffet beautiful grounds fantastic staff amazing views
Breakfast and the buffet was great. The hotel and the grounds were beautiful. Staff were fantastic. The view from our balcony were really good. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and it location. This is perfect for couples, so relaxing, and amazing views over the sand dunes in the morning.
I noticed that the gym was small, with few available machines, a slight drawback seeking a full workout.

The room included a spacious balcony with comfortable seating. The bathroom was well-appointed, including a separate shower and a bathtub. Daily cleaning services kept the room super clean, it was nice.
